Tomorrow, July 14, 2015, Sen. David Vitter (R-La.), Chairman of the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, will hold a hearing entitled, “Examining Barriers & Opportunities for Small Businesses Engaged in Energy Production & Energy-Intensive Manufacturing.”
The hearing will discuss the economic opportunities and challenges currently facing small businesses participating in the domestic energy renaissance taking place in the United States. Senators and witnesses will discuss the impacts of domestic energy policy and solutions to current workforce development needs.
