On Monday, March 30, 2015, the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship will hold a field hearing in Baton Rouge, La. to examine the hidden cost of federal regulations on small businesses and health care. Rep. Garret Graves (R-La.) will join the field hearing as a guest Member of the Committee.
The purpose of the field hearing is examine the impacts of unnecessary government regulations – including Obamacare – and their hidden costs to local communities, small businesses, and economy. The field hearing will discuss a number of issues, including legislative efforts to repeal and replace President Obama’s Affordable Care Act, as well as the Washington D.C.’s exemption to Obamacare.
